Be able to actually find deleted files!

For some reason when I click scan, the progress bar doesn't move and it just goes onto the next screen immediately, with no files displayed. I can't recover anything like this, and when I do click 'Recover', it often crashes.

after downloading and activateing all i am able to do is a scan and then it crashes i have tried a few times to get to the registration is any one else having this problem

Did any files appear in the list? If not, you have the same problem as me.
